Terms and Conditions
1. Lost or Stolen Items:
a. The customer is responsible for removing all personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle prior to the detailing service.
b. FOCO Fresh Detail is not liable for any lost or stolen items left in the vehicle during or after the service.
2. Pre-existing Damages:
a. A thorough inspection of the vehicle will be conducted prior to the detailing service to document any pre-existing damages, scratches, or imperfections.
b. FOCO Fresh is not responsible for damages that were present before the detailing service and not noted during the initial inspection.
3. Reporting Damage:
a. If a customer believes that damage has occurred to their vehicle as a result of the detailing service, it must be reported to FOCO Fresh Detail within 3 days of the service date.
b. The customer must provide photographic evidence and a detailed description of the alleged damage.
c. FOCO Fresh Detail reserves the right to inspect the vehicle and investigate the claim.
d. Any claims of damage reported after the 3-day period may not be considered for resolution.
4. Liability Limitation:
a. FOCO Fresh Detail strives to provide high-quality detailing services using industry-standard practices and products.
b. While every effort is made to ensure customer satisfaction, FOCO Fresh Detail shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the detailing service.
5. No Show and Late Fees:
a. Customers must notify FOCO Fresh Detail at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
b. Failure to notify or failure to be present at the scheduled appointment time may result in a no-show fee.
c. Late arrivals may impact the duration and quality of the detailing service. FOCO Fresh Detail reserves the right to adjust the service accordingly.
6. Missing Spots (3 Days Policy):
a. Customers are encouraged to inspect their vehicle upon completion of the detailing service.
b. Any concerns regarding missed spots or areas must be reported to FOCO Fresh Detail within 3 days of the service date.
c. FOCO Fresh Detail will review and address reported concerns promptly within this 3-day period.
7. General Terms:
a. All prices and services provided by FOCO Fresh Detail are subject to change without prior notice.
b. Payment for detailing services is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon.
c. FOCO Fresh Detail reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services based on vehicle condition or customer behavior. By scheduling a detailing service with FOCO Fresh Detail, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
8. Dispute Resolution:
a. In the event of a dispute regarding these terms and conditions or any aspect of the detailing service, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through informal negotiation. - **b.** If negotiation fails, the parties agree to pursue mediation or binding arbitration as a means of resolving the dispute.
9. Modifications to Terms:
a. FOCO Fresh Detail reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website or provided upon request.
b. Continued use of our services after changes to the terms and conditions constitute acceptance of the modified terms.
10. Deposits:
a. A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
b. The deposit amount may vary depending on the type of service scheduled.
c. Deposits are applied toward the total cost of your service.
d. All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
e. Deposits may be transferred to a new appointment only if the appointment is rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.
f. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of your deposit.
e. No-shows or last-minute cancellations will result in deposit forfeiture, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
g. In the case of inclement weather at the time of service, your deposit will carry over to the rescheduled date. (See Weather Policy for details.)
10. Weather Policy:
a. FOCO Fresh Detail reserves the right to reschedule or delay services due to unsafe or unsuitable weather conditions (e.g., rain, hail, snow, high winds, or extreme temperatures).
b. If inclement weather is present at the time of your scheduled appointment, services will be postponed and your deposit will transfer to the rescheduled date at no additional cost.
c. If you have a garage or covered area available, services may still be completed as scheduled, weather permitting.
d. Forecasted weather after your scheduled appointment does not qualify for rescheduling or deposit rollover. If conditions are clear at the time of service, the appointment will proceed as planned.
e. Customer-initiated rescheduling based on forecasted weather, where conditions remain workable, requires at least 24 hours' notice to retain the deposit. Otherwise, the deposit may be forfeited.
f. FOCO Fresh Detail will monitor weather closely and communicate with you in advance if service delays or changes are necessary.
11. Media Use Consent
By booking a service with FoCo Fresh Detail , you agree and grant permission for our team to photograph and/or video your vehicle before, during, and after the detailing process. These images and videos may be used for promotional, marketing, training, or portfolio purposes, including but not limited to our website, social media platforms, advertisements, and printed materials.
